1 cut up fryer or 4-5 legs & 4-5 thighs, washed and patted dry
2 teaspoons Curt's Cooking Spice (available at
3/4 cup Italian Olive Salad (available at
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups of Newman's Own pasta sauce, any variety

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken pieces in a 12" oven proof skillet. Season chicken with Curt's Cooking Spice. Spread the olive salad over the chicken and scatter onion over the olive salad. Cover the chicken pieces with the pasta sauce and place pan in the oven. Baked for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve the chicken with polenta, spooning the cooked sauce over both.

We have emptied our 1st bottle of oil. We enjoyed it greatly, with the balsamic vinegar. We would like to refill our bottle, but don't know the correct way to clean it. Would you please send us instructions. Thank you very much. Will see you in a bit. Karen Curt here - first throw at the tag, cork and PVC shrink band. Hot soapy wash and hot water rinse.
