1/3 C. Dry Red Wine
1/4 C. Oilerie® Cherry Balsamic
2 Tbls. Oilerie® Cherry Balsamic Sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tea. salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
1 lbs. London Broil or Flank steak
2 Tbls.finely chopped shallot
1 tsp. Oilerie® Spicey Italian E.V.O.O for grill/Skillet

Cooking Instructions

Whisk first 5 ingredients in a small glass dish, pour marinade over meat,cover & refrigerate, turning several times for at least 20 min. or up to 8 hrs. Remove meat from marinade. Pour marinade into a sauce pan, add shallot.While meat is cooking, bring marinade to a boil reduce to 1/2C. for about 5-7 min on med/ high heat, Brush grill or heavy skillet w/ E.V.O.O, heat over med-high heat. add meat, cook 10-12 min. per side for medium rare or until it reaches desired doneness. Remove meat let rest 5 min. Remove marinade from heat,serve over sliced meat.
