2 heaping Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2/3 C. Pom(R) Juice (unsweetened)
1/2 C. Red wine (Carlos Creek, Alexandria, MN, Cabernet Sauvignon)
1 Tbsp. Oilerie Fior Fiore EVOO
2 C. heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. Hamel Maple Syrup
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary, torn
Curt's Table Spice

Cooking Instructions

In a medium skillet, place olive oil on medium heat. Add onions and sweat.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and saute.
Add red wine & cook til it's reduced by half.
Add Pomegranate juice and reduce by 1/3.
Add maple syrup, stir.
Continue stirring while adding cream.
Reduce until mixture coats the back of a spoon in consistency (medium thickness).
Add Rosemary & Curt's Table Spice to taste.
