1 lb pasta, cooked, drained
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1/2 red pepper, finely diced
1/2 yellow pepper, finely diced
1 head broccoli, finely diced
1 cup green olives
1 cup cherry tomatoes, whole
1 tablespoon Curt's Cooking Spice
1 tablespoon flaked garlic
Salt, pepper and thyme to taste. Mix in 1 cup Oilerie extra virgin olive oil (enough to cover ingredients) and 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and serve!
