Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Submitted by: Curt | Date Added: February 18th 2010 Ingredients:

8 to 10 medium size fresh brussel sprouts
1 teaspoon Curt's Cooking Spice
1 Tablespoon Oilerie lemon or orange extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon Oilerie 25 year old Balsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

Rinse and trim the brussel sprouts, taking off the loose outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half and place them in a medium size mixing bowl. Season with Curt's Cooking Spice and drizzle in the olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat well. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Place the brussel sprouts in a baking pan and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once or twice so that they brown evenly. Serves 2.
