1 (15 ounce can) garbanzo beans, drained
3 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 oil packed sundried tomatoes (available at Oilerie.com)
4 large stuffed green olives (pimento, almond, garlic, etc)
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Curt’s Table Spice (available at Oilerie.com)
2 ½ Tablespoons of Oilerie extra virgin olive oil (sundried tomato, garlic, lemon, chili, etc.)
1 or 2 Tablespoons olive juice from jar of olives
Smoked paprika (available at Oilerie.com)
Oilerie extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, sundried tomatoes, olive, lemon juice and Curt’s Table Spice in the bowl of a food processor. Place cover on bowl and turning machine on, drizzle olive oil into the food tube to incorporate. Slowly add the olive juice until the hummus comes together in a smooth mixture. Plate the hummus and finish with a light dusting of smoked paprika and a good drizzle of the same Oilerie evoo you used to make the hummus. Serve with chips and or veggies.
