Raw beets
Oilerie EVOO or Oilerie Roasted Walnut Oil
Oilerie 25 year old Balsamic Vinegar
Salt (I use sea salt)
Pepper

Peel and slice RAW beets . Saute in Oilerie EVOO in covered pan, med heat. Stir occasionally. Season lightly. When beets are tender crisp splash with Oilerie Balsamic vinegar. Stir and cover until done to your liking.

Having a lot of beets and wanting to try something different..... I peeled and sliced them like raw fried potatoes. We had guests and everyone liked this recipe.
