1 Lb fresh Asparagus spears, rinsed and trimmed
1/2 teaspoon Curt's Cooking Spice
2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 Tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tablespoon Oilerie Lemon extra virgin olive oil or Oilerie Roasted Walnut Oil
2 teaspoons Oilerie 25 yr Balsamic vinegar
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place asparagus in a 9"x13" pyrex baking dish. Season with Curt's Cooking Spice. Scatter walnut pieces and cheese over the asparagus and then drizzle the oil and splash the Balsamic over the dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve immediately.
