Ingredients

24 oz Creamer Gold potatoes or other small potatoes
2 Tbl Oilerie extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbl Dijon mustard
1 Tbl honey
1 Tble fresh chives, chopped
2 tsp Curt's Table Spice, available at Oilerie stores or on Oilerie.com

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes then cut in half and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, mustard, honey and Curt's Table Spice. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat each potato well. Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in center of oven and bake potatoes uncovered 25 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Garnish with chopped chives.

I'm not sure about trying this one. Don't get me wrong, I love my potatoes but the honey throws me. I like mine savory versus sweet. Does the mustard balance out the honey? Curt here - Yes the mustard provides a great balance. These are indeed savory. Left by: Susan Chaney (December 1st 2010)
