1 pound of fresh carrots, trimmed and washed
1 Tablespoon Oilerie Roasted Walnut oil
1 Tablespoon Oilerie Blackberry Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
1 few good shakes of Curt's Cooking Spice
Place the carrots on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle the Walnut oil and Balckberry Balsamic evenly over the carrots. Season with the Herbs de Provence and Curt's Cooking Spice. Fold the foil into a nice tight flat package. Place the package on the warming rack of a pre-heated gas grill. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees over indirect heat. Unwrap foil package and serve immediately. Serves 4.
