1/3 cup Oilerie Basil olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped shallots
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 large tomatoes cut into slices
10-12 green onions, trimmed
Preheat grill.
In a small bowl, stir together the oil, lemon juice, shallots, salt & pepper.
Arrange the tomatoes and onions on the rack. Grill, turning them 2-3 times and brushing with the oil mixture, about 5 minutes. If the onions are large they might take a minute or two longer.
Transfer the tomatoes and onions to a platter.
