Ingredients

3 medium baking potatoes
2 Tbsp Oilerie Garlic olive oil
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Oilerie Roasted Garlic sea salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the potatoes and simmer for 8 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients; add the potatoes and toss gently to coat them in the spice mix.
Place on a non-stick baking sheet, skin side down, and brush with remaining spice mixture.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
