2 - 12oz packages butterscotch morsels
1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tsbp The Oilerie Cinnamon Olive oil
2 Tbsp The Oilerie White Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp The Oilerie pure vanilla extract
3 red apples, unpeeled
3 green apples, unpeeled
1/2 cup lemon juice
Mint leaves for garnish
-Place butterscotch morsels, condensed milk, olive oil, vinegar, cinnamon and vanilla in a heavy saucepan
-Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and hot
-Cut each apple into 8 wedges and toss in lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown
-Place apples on a serving dish, alternating green and red apples around the dish
-Fill a small bowl with butterscotch dip and place in center
-Garnish with fresh mint leaves around apples
*Peanut Butter morsels may be used in place of Butterscotch for a variation
