1 (4 ounce) can Portabella mushrooms with juice
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Oilerie extra virgin olive oil (Porcini, Truffle, Garlic, Chili, Sundried tomato or any combination thereof)
1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon Curt's Cooking Spice (available at Oilerie stores and Oilerie.com)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stirring well, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over your favorite Oilerie variety of fettuccine or linguine.
