Ingredients

Ingredients
Dressing
¼ cup Oilerie Pear Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Oilerie Roasted Hazelnut Oil
Curt's Table Spice to taste. Curt's is available at all Oilerie Olive Oil Bar Stores
Salad
6 cups mixed greens
¼ cup chopped hazelnut, pecans or walnuts, toasted
3 TBL Goat cheese, Feta cheese, or blue cheese, crumbled

Cooking Instructions

1- To make dressing: mix vinegar, Curt's Table Spice in a bowl, whisk to combine. Add roasted hazelnut oil slowly and whisk.
2- In a salad bowl, add mixed greens, chopped nuts, and cheese. Add dressing just to coat the leaves (you can keep the rest of the dressing in a sealed jar/container for ~2-3 days.)
