Dressing
¼ cup Oilerie® 18-year Blackberry Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Oilerie Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (evoo)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Salad
6 cups mixed greens
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 radishes, sliced
2 TBL chopped pecans, toasted
¼ cup fresh blackberries
1- To make dressing: mix vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl, whisk to combine. Add lemon evoo slowly and whisk.
2- In a salad bowl, add mixed greens, tomatoes, and radishes. Add dressing and toss just to coat the leaves (you can keep the rest of the dressing in a sealed jar/container for ~2-3 days.) Add the pecans and blackberries and toss lightly.
