2 cans white beans, drained
3 Tablespoons Oilerie Sun Dried Tomato evoo
3 Tablespoons Oilerie White Balsamic vinegar flavored with oregano
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 red onion, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
pinch of crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon Curt's Cooking Spice (available at Oilerie.com)
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped (available at Oilerie.com)
2 (5 ounce) cans of pole/troll caught Albacore tuna (available at Oilerie.com)
chopped parsley for garnish
In a large non metallic bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve with toasted Italian bread.
Garnish with parsley just before serving.
