Ingredients

6 split chicken breasts (skin removed)

Marinade
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
¼ cup Oilerie Orange Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons A-1 Steak Sauce
3 tablespoons sugar

Cooking Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.

Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap and pound to ¼ inch thick. Place chicken breasts in a plastic bag and pour marinade over the breasts. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from marinade and spray each side of breasts with cooking spray (this will prevent sticking on the grill). Reserve marinade in a glass measuring cup and microwave on high for 5 minutes boiling for at least 3 minutes. Grill (gas grill) on medium direct heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Baste with cooked marinade the last minute and turn and do the other side as well.
