Listed in: Poultry
Ingredients

6 split chicken breasts
1/2 cup Oilerie 12 White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Oilerie Sundried Tomato Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sundried Tomato Bruschette Topping (or chop three sundried tomatoes)
2 packets of sweetner (could use honey)
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
Cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

Take and pound the 6 split breasts to 1/4 thick. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Take a plastic bag and put chicken in bag and add the marinade and refrigerate.

Let the breasts marinate for at least 24 hours.

Remove the breasts and pour the leftover marinade into a glass measuring cup. Microwave to a boil and boil for 1 minute.

Spray both sides of the breast with the cooking spray.

Preheat gas grill. Grill on medium direct heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

Put the cooked marinade on the turned side and cook the last 5 or 6 minutes.

Note: This chicken is great for a meal or do ahead of time and then use it for a salad.
