2 to 2 1/2 lbs meaty chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks)
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp Oilerie Orange extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp bourbon or orange juice
Remove skin from chicken, if desired. Rinse chicken & pat dry.
For glaze, in a small mixing bowl combine maple syrup, orange olive oil and bourbon or orange juice.
Preheat grill. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover and grill for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning once half-way through. Brush with glaze frequently the last 10 minutes of grilling.
