One 5 oz package of Boursin Cheese (your choice of flavors)
1 cup elbow macaroni – cooked according to package directions
1 tsp Oilerie Truffle evoo
Let cheese come to room temperature while macaroni is cooking.
Cook and drain macaroni.
Add Truffle oil to macaroni and toss well.
Add Boursin cheese to pan and mix well. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
Serves 4 as a side dish
