1 12 oz package of Oilerie Vegetable Fettucine
2 Tbsp Oilerie extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 lb mushrooms, quartered
1 lb beef cubes (use a tender cut of beef, preferably ternderloin)
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp Curt's Table Spice (available at all Oilerie(R) Olive Oil Bar(R) stores
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup red wine
3/4 dairy sour cream
In a saucepan saute the onions, garlic, mushrooms and beef cubes in Oilerie Olive Oil. When onions are translucent add flour, Curt's Table Spice, paprika and wine. Cook on low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream, increase temperature to medium, and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. While sauce is cooking, cook your Oilerie pasta according to directions on the package (cooks in less than 5 minutes). Serve over hot pasta. Serves 4.
This recipe is great with Oilerie Vegetable Fettucine, but try it with Oilerie Mushroom Fettucine as well.
