3 Tbsp Oilerie Raspberry Balsamic vinegar
3 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp honey
2 4-ounce salmon filets
1 Tbsp Oilerie extra virgin olive oil
Place the raspberry balsamic, orange juice, orange zest and honey in a bowl. Stir to combine; set aside.
Coat non-stick skillet with olive oil. Place over medium heat for about one minute. Cook salmon about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until fish is cooked through.
Remove salmon from the pan. Add reserved raspberry mixture to the pan & cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until just thickened. Pour sauce over the salmon and serve. Delicious over Oilerie Arborio rice!
