Ingredients

IQF Pollock fillets, allow 2 fillets per person
Oilerie Dill, Lemon, Orange or Chili evoo
Oilerie White Balsamic with Oregano
One lemon cut in half
Salt & Pepper or other sesonings to taste, Greek, Italian, ect

Cooking Instructions

Please frozen fih fillets on a large sheet of aluminum foil
Drizzle each fillet with the Oilerie evoo of your choice (about a teaspoon per fillet)
Splash the Oilerie white balsamic over each fillet (about a teaspoon per fillet)
Squeeze lemon over each fillet
Season each fillet with the seasoning of your choice
Fold aluminum foil into a secure pouch and place on a pre-heated grill. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes (10-12 minutes if using thawed fillets)
Turn package end for end and flip over on the grill every five minutes
This recipe can be used for any fish and is great with frozen sea scallops.
