1/2 cup Oilerie Vanilla EVOO
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg or 1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1/2 cup Molasses
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. ginger
2- 2 1/4 cups flour
Cream vanilla evoo and sugar, add slightly beaten egg, stir in molasses until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Mix spices and flour together, and stir into cream mixture.
From dough into small balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350 for 10 min.
