2 cups all purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Oilerie EVOO (choose a flavor that will enrich the flavor of your pie)
Like Cinnamon for apple pie, or orange for fruit pies.
4-5 TLB. Cold Water
Yeild 2- 8 or 9 inch crusts
Sift flour and salt into bowl. Add EVOO; mix with pastry blender or fork until mixture looks like fine bread crumbs. Sprinkle with water and mix with fork.
Gather dough together with fingers; press into a ball. Add a little more water if mixture is to dry. This pastry works best if rolled between two sheets of waxed paper.
Do not store in fridge,use at once.
