1/4 cup Oilerie Cinnamon EVOO
1/4 cup Oilerie Walnut Oil
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups applesauce with pieces of apples
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup raisins (oppt.)

Cream Cinn. and walnut oil with sugar, stir in applesauce
Mix dry ingredence together, stir into applesauce mixture, add raisins.

Bake in 350 oven for 10-12 min. until cookies are light brown.
These cookies will remain soft like cake.
