1 (15 ounce can) garbanzo beans, drained
3 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 oil packed sundried tomatoes (available at
4 large stuffed green olives (pimento, almond, garlic, etc)
˝ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Curt’s Table Spice (available at
2 ˝ Tablespoons of Oilerie extra virgin olive oil (sundried tomato, garlic, lemon, chili, etc.)
1 or 2 Tablespoons olive juice from jar of olives
Smoked paprika (available at
Oilerie extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, sundried tomatoes, olive, lemon juice and Curt’s Table Spice in the bowl of a food processor. Place cover on bowl and turning machine on, drizzle olive oil into the food tube to incorporate. Slowly add the olive juice until the hummus comes together in a smooth mixture. Plate the hummus and finish with a light dusting of smoked paprika and a good drizzle of the same Oilerie evoo you used to make the hummus. Serve with chips and or veggies.
