Ingredients

Cinnamon Pear Bars

1 egg
2 T. Oilerie® Cinnamon EVOO
1 T. Oilerie® Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. flour
½ c. Oilerie® Honey Granules
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. Oilerie® Greek sea salt
½ c. chopped toasted pecans
½ c. chopped pears

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, vinegar and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, honey granules, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add to wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Gently fold in pecans and pears. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan and pour in batter. Spread out batter to the edges of the pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool, then cut into bars.
