One of our Top 4 products in the store! We add it to ground meat before we patty it for burger, Add it to your meatloaf before cooking. A scoop of cottage cheese covered with a diced tomato and a spoonful of olive salad makes a "Fish Creek Partfait". Spread it on cream cheese for a quick appetizer. Put it on pizza before baking. My personal favorite is Baked chiken - wash and pat dry your chicken. Place it in an ovenproof casserole. Season it and then spread a layer of olive salad over the chicken. Top with your favorite pasta sauce and bake. 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is done. Have some polenta on the side to spoon that sauce over! Heaven!
