360 Days - The Oilerie Fish Creek operates 360 days a year, seven hours a day, 2,520 hours. Anything less and it's not fresh.

Gross – The Oilerie Fish Creek requires only 3.5 employees and generates numbers that are above average compared to similar concepts in the franchise industry.

Hourly – In a selling area of only 325 square feet we do impressive numbers in an hour, all year long, in a County with only 26,000 residents.

Your Opportunity

$37,500 Fee - Our franchise fee is $37,500, which we use to support our marketing outreach and product development. Every franchise owner receives free training at our Fish Creek, or Green Bay facilities, on site consultations, operational tips, reports, support visits and experienced advice. We’ll also host you in Italy when it is your turn to meet Adriano!

The Concept & Franchise

We invented the Olive Oil Bar® store concept in 2003. Thirty gleaming stainless steel tanks present the finest and freshest Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Our stores provide guests with a relaxing adult environment is fun and perfect for sampling and learning all about the magical world of olive oil. A wonderland for both cooks and non-cooks alike, Oilerie® is where one samples the product before it is bottled. The Oilerie® - Changing the way America buys olive oil!

Our Product

Italian olives, turned into Italian Olive Oil by an Italian Master. The Oilerie® olive oil production facility is located in a small town, about an hour's drive south of Rome. Take the A-1 South and head towards Napoli, then take a left at Frosinone.

The Oilerie® Olive Oil Bar® stores are supported with regularly updated graphic assets - artwork, photography, advertising formats, sample sign systems and marketing advice. The Oilerie® "Robusto" alphabet is a custom typeface available only to our operators, who also have access to custom seasonal promotional artwork design.
